How to remove, inspect, and refit the Cam Gear, Crankshaft Timing Gear, Timing Chain Guide and Timing Chain Tensioner in the Diesel engine on 1991 Mercedes-Benz 190E?

In order to change the tensioner, unscrew it out of the cylinder head, retrieve sealing ring and change faulty part. Before refitting prime with oil. With the camshaft sprocket, take off the drive belt, cover and tensioners. Check sprocker teeth weariness. Repeat the same with the crankshaft and fuel injection pump sprockets.
