How to remove and install the A/C Switch control unit on 2002 Mercedes-Benz C320?

Detach the negative battery plug. Take away the ashtray and upper console trim panels. Unscrew the A/C Switch, and remove with a trim stick the heating/air conditioning control unit. Unscrew the electric connectors and take out the unit. Installation is reversed to reinstall and it should fit in.
