  • Q: How to remove and install the cylinder head in the Four-cylinder engines on 2002 Mercedes-Benz C320?
    A: In order to take off the cylinder head, unconnect the battery, empty the cooling system and unattach the parts such as the valve cover and the intake manifold. Loose the head bolts in reverse sequence, remove the head and wash it. Installation requires cleaning of surfaces, bolts may have to be changed, and then do the reverse. Lastly, re-fill with cooling and leakages.
