How to remove and install knock sensors on 2002 Mercedes-Benz C320?

Knock sensors are located in block valley under the intake manifold on V6 engines; at the starter solenoid on four-cylinder engines. Take off the engine cover, intake parts and take off the sensor connector. Take out mounting bolt and sensor. Install in reverse sequence, and torque the bolt to specification to make sure knock sensor and PCM are functioning properly.
