How to remove and install the Hood Latch and Hood Release Cable on 2006 Mercedes-Benz C280?

Mark the lower latches and then remove them before opening the hood. Unhook the hood release cable and safety catch then unhook the fuse box. Follow the cable to the firewall, and unlock it, and take the old cable to the compartment. Install another cable with the grommet in place.
