How to remove and install the trunk lid latch and pushbutton lock on 2006 Mercedes-Benz C280?

To remove the trunk latch, open the trunk, take out the warning reflector triangle and its bracket, then unplug the latch electrical connector. Remove the latch retaining bolts and the latch itself. For the pushbutton lock, remove its bolts, unplug connectors, and disconnect the latch cable. Installation is the reverse.
