How to remove, inspect, and install the cam gear and camshaft in the Four-cylinder engines on 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230?

Take off the negative battery cable and the valve and upper timing covers. On 2002 models, align engine to TDC, mark sprockers and take off the alternator. To do 2003-2005 models, develop some slack in the chain, loosen camshafts and check parts. Install bearings and camshafts, connecting bolts according to the specifications.
