How to remove and reinstall the center console on 2007 Mercedes-Benz C350?

In order to access the console of the vehicle, squeeze the gearshift boot and panel around the area, loosen wiring and take off the cup holder. In manual, set the shift lever to second gear, in automatic, turn on the ignition and pull it to the rear. Unscrew, and disconnect the battery and then pull out the console.
