In order to excavate the wiper motor and linkage assembly in the car first unscrew the retaining nut then remove the bellcrank arm of the car motor spindle. The next thing is to unscrew the three bolts to loosen the motor off the linkage bracket. In the case of the panoramic wiper assembly, the linkage arm may be taken out of the wiper arm assembly by unscrewing a nut at the other end. To fit again, remove in the same order as was done the first time, keeping the linkage-on and the motor in the parked position, with the bellcrank and linkage running parallel as the bellcrank connects to the motor spindle. During this operation it is important that the bellcrank arm and the linkage arm be parallel or aligned.
