How to remove the Oil Pan in the diesel engine on 1987 Mercedes-Benz 190E?

A hoist, new gaskets, and bolts are needed in order to remove the engine. De-battery, drain oil and clear components. Raise the engine, take off the oil pan and clean surfaces to be refitted. Install everything with prescribed torque, re-wiring, and verify fluid levels and completing the process.
