How to remove and refit the distributor on EZL and TSZ ignition systems on 1993 Mercedes-Benz 190E?

The ignition models of EZL operate on a crankshaft position sensor and so, there is no need of distributor rotation to make timing adjustment. In order to eliminate the distributor, disconnect the battery, loosen screws, and position the No 1 piston at TDC.
