How to replace the alternator on 2005 Mercedes-Benz C240?

In changing the alternator, carry the old one to match. Determine whether the new alternator has a pulley. In the case of V6s (2001-2005), the battery should be disconnected, the parts should be removed and the alternator unbolted. As in 2006 and onwards, repeat the steps. In four cylinders, disconnect battery and unscrew alternator. Removal is a reverse of installation.
