How to remove, refit, and adjustment of the Throttle Cable in the Carburettor fuel system on 1992 Mercedes-Benz 190E?

In order to take off the throttle cable, unplug the inner cable in the carburettor, disconnect the outer cable, and unplug it on the pedal arm. Plug the outer cable into the bulkhead, and take out the grommet. To refit, follow the reverse process, and repair the operation of linkages and cable accordingly.
