Discard the negative cable of the battery, and take out the air cleaner assembly. Under non-turbocharged, the throttle linkage and the choke vacuum lines should be disconnected (assuming they exist). Disassemble the attachment of turbocharger pressure line on the manifold and take off the turbocharger assembly. Provided so fitted, disconnect the automatic transmission pipe and brace. In US models, unscrew the EGR pipe and hoses at the point where they are connected to the vacuum (the vacuum line), and unscrew the bolt at the base of the EGR valve. Deflue the exhaust manifold vacuum line, and then disconnect the braces of the manifold. The next part is removing intake and exhaust retaining nuts and then the intake and exhaust. Would scraper off the gasket and be careful to clean the contact surfaces of the manifolds and cylinder head thoroughly, without leaving even a bit of gasket material on. Install new gasket, install the manifolds and firm them with the retaining nuts. The rest of the set-up is done in reverse order of completion.
