How to remove and refit the inner and outer Tie Rod End on 1993 Mercedes-Benz 190E?

Andrew has to replace a balljoint, measure the track rod, mark measurements, secure the vehicle, clean the track rod and replace it. Take out balljoint nut, marking turns to replace. Clean/change the ball joint when necessary, replace and tighten all parts to desired torque. Lastly, change the rear wheel toe position.
